How to book online?

You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
What is the refund or rebooking policy for cancellations?
• 24 hours or more before departure – Eligible for a 100% refund or free rebooking.
• 12 to less than 24 hours before departure – Eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less than 12 hours before departure – Non-refundable, but may be rebooked once, subject to seat availability.
Is rebooking allowed?
One-time free rebooking is allowed if requested before the scheduled departure.
The rebooked trip must be used within seven (7) days from the original travel date.
Any fare difference must be paid by the passenger for:
• Upgraded schedules
• Premium trips
• Fare adjustments
What is the baggage allowance and policy?
• Passengers may bring luggage free of charge, subject to available compartment space.
• Luggage is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and only while space is available.
• Bags, boxes, or any items that occupy a passenger seat will be charged the applicable seat fare.
• Oversized, excessive, or improperly packed baggage may be declined if space is no longer available or if it may affect safety and operations.
• Passengers are advised to arrive early to secure luggage space.
• Fragile, valuable, and personal items should be kept with the passenger at all times.
• The company is not liable for loss or damage to unsecured belongings.
• Hazardous, illegal, flammable, explosive, toxic, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed onboard.
